Contra Mechanism

My body is a funny thing. I used to be able to do 40 push-ups in a set but not carry more then 10kg in a bench press. Now i'm able to bench press about 25kgs but not able to do more then 20 push-ups anymore.

:S

Anyone know why?

hahas, last time u had endurance i guess? noe u have more power, less endurance.

to train endurance, do many reps, light load. power opposite. hahas

i suppose has to do with circulation cystem for endurance, remove the acid produced when you're tired, forgot wats it called.

power has to do with muscle fibre density i think.

if fibres too dense, not much space for blood vessels i suppose.

note that from the third paragraph onwards is my own conjecture :P :D
